Arrange community visits in Community Care
Open Neighbourhood Care with your team's key. Community Care shows upcoming visits, care plans, and the selected person's recorded needs and goals.
Arrange a visit
- Find a person in Patient directory.
- Choose Arrange a visit and enter its purpose.
- Choose Schedule visit. The visit appears in your team's records with a due time 90 simulation minutes later.
- Open Simulation controls and advance time past the due time.
- Select Completed to inspect the completed visit and its attribution.
You can also choose Complete visit to record completion manually. All visits includes the earlier history. Scheduling consumes community capacity, so an exhausted allocation rejects a new visit rather than creating it silently.
A GP or hospital Home visit request enters the same community workflow. Use the same patient ID to inspect the handover across services. The visit board does not calculate travel routes, access to the home, or clinical outcomes.
Connect an agent
Read GET /api/sites/community/view?patient=SIM-000006 with your team's bearer key. Submit type: "schedule_visit", patientId, and title to the GP, hospital, or community action endpoint. Complete a visit through the community action endpoint using type: "complete", resourceId, and expectedVersion.
Inspect the resulting resource after time advances; successful scheduling does not mean the visit has completed. The API explorer documents these actions and the clock endpoint.
